Films supporting Care Work recruitment.

Essex County Council are running a long-term campaign to attract people into the care sector. They turned to Mobius to create a series of videos that highlighted the benefits of care work as a key part of this recruitment initiative.
We researched the stories of people already working in the sector and used these stories to create five films which highlighted the rewarding nature of the work, the variety of work, the opportunity for progression and team work.
We also took a suite of photographs to be used as part of a social media campaign.
