A campaign for London Borough of Redbridge. It’s estimated that over 60% of beggars on Redbridge’s streets are part of organised gangs, capitalising on people’s generosity at the expense of those in genuine need. This campaign raised awareness of this fact and encouraged people to donate to charities that ensure their money goes to those in genuine need.

Changing society for the better; for good

Mobius works with Public Sector organisations, using communications to bring about lasting social change.  

Our work helps to shift paradigm thinking across a variety of social sectors that foster opportunity for social action, inspiring audiences to get involved, stay involved and embrace the changes necessary to improve society for all.

Over the past few years, we’ve:

  • Helped Redbridge tackle the issue of illegal begging with a borough-wide OOH and Social Media Campaign.
  • Boosted interest in working in the Care Sector for Essex County Council with a series of short films.
  • Helped Essex Police tackle knife crime with a social media and digital campaign.
  • Worked with Instar; a community art project that works with deprived neighbourhoods using art to engage them with the natural world, producing a series of films to promote their work.
  • Raised awareness of the pressures Young Careers and vulnerable children face through promotion of the It’s My Life Festival.

Essex Police worked with Mobius on our knife harm campaign. They responded brilliantly to the brief to create a campaign aimed at parents to educate them about knife harm. The creative was powerful, engaging and hit exactly the right tone. They were really easy to work with and understood from the beginning what we were trying to achieve. We are incredibly proud of the films we created with Mobius and they have generated exactly the response we wanted. This is definitely in part to the excellent work by Mobius. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work with them again in the future.

We produced a series of films for Essex Police, highlighting the importance of parents talking to their Children about knives. The stories were based on transcripts of interviews with Children who had been caught up in Knife Crime. Shown here is the campaign showreel and you can view the full films here.
Mobius were commissioned to create a campaign to increase awareness of the variety and benefit of roles in the Care Sector. Central to this was a series of films featuring Care Workers talking about their jobs from the perspective of variety, progression, team-working and flexibility. View all the films here.

Care and Support Services

The virtues of society is defined by how that society cares for those in need. We work with institutions responsible for the provision of care services. We use communications to help promote those services, galvanise support for their work and foster lasting collaboration.

Education 

We use communications to support the work of educational institutions from pre-school to universities, promoting educational opportunities at local, regional and national levels.

Violence and Vulnerability

The protection of society and those most vulnerable is a priority action and one we support through working with law-enforcement institutions and local authorities, developing campaigns, outreach initiatives and programmes that tackle some of societies biggest challenges.

Governance

We support Local Authorities articulate their policies through communications and outreach endeavours, supporting Levelling Up strategies, social value and planning.
